What do I need to know?

- Factory tours will not be operating from 13th June–2nd November 2022
- The tour will last around 90 minutes in total
- Minimum age: 4 years
- Please wear flat, closed-toe shoes for comfort and safety
- This tour is fully accessible to wheelchair users and those with a mobility scooter
- If you wear a hearing aid, please be aware that a single ear radio headset is used on the tour
- There is a designated locker area for bags and belongings, available for the duration of your tour – you will need to keep cameras and phones in a secure locker
- You are welcome to take pictures in the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience, however, please be aware this is not permitted on the factory tour
- All dates are subject to availability

Great factory tour
The tour took about an hour and a half and was full of information about the company and the bikes it produces. The guide was informative and yet balanced with a sense of humour. My only negative was that the factory floor wasn’t in full operation which is partly my fault for booking the tour during Wakes Week when half the workforce was on holiday. The cafe was a nice bonus at the end for coffee and cake and then a wander round the museum to reminisce, to cap it off. A great afternoon!
