What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available Wednesday–Sunday, year round, excluding bank holidays
• Factory tours will not be operating from 13th June–2nd November 2022
• The tour will last around 90 minutes in total
• Minimum age: 4 years
• Please wear flat, closed-toe shoes for comfort and safety
• This tour is fully accessible to wheelchair users and those with a mobility scooter
• If you wear a hearing aid, please be aware that a single ear radio headset is used on the tour
• There is a designated locker area for bags and belongings, available for the duration of your tour – you will need to keep cameras and phones in a secure locker
• You are welcome to take pictures in the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience, however, please be aware this is not permitted on the factory tour
