Spa day
I'll start with the negatives.
The main complex was very dated, lots of rust spots. Things werent in working order taps, swimwear dryer. Doors missing from shower's. Locker keys had no wraith bands. The hot tub had a lot of debris from tiles/grout accumulated at the bottom and water smelt about off. overall dirty feel.
The good bits
The spa part where you have massages etc was clean and tidy, the ladies were friendly and looks like a completely different building compared to swimming area. The pool was relatively quite and temp was good. Plenty of parking. The price was cheapest one at the time of booking by some way.
Overall I would likely go again only because of the price difference but the place does need a good refurb and repairs are desperately needed. The spa package we had was good.

Disappointing hotel facilities
The Spa treatment area was superb as were the treatments and staff.
The changing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna area was run down, tired, broken showers, no air flow working in changing room, showers had no hooks to even hang a towel, there were 5 chair/beds to sit and relax in - so all in all the hotel leisure facilities were poor and disappointing. It’s definitely ready for an upgrade to match the spa treatment area.

Relaxing day
Brought for my mum for Christmas, we had a lovely day. Massage therapists were brilliant, mum's therapist was very mindful with her recently dislocated shoulder.
