Crowne Plaza Gerard’s Cross - treatments, afternoon tea & leisure facilitie
The afternoon tea was ok but too much for one person to eat. They should provide a container to take this away to avoid waste. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The treatments were very good. The hotel on the other hand needs upgrading and disappointingly some of the leisure facilities we were looking forward to were not working and no compensation was offered. I was not in the mood to make a fuss over this lack of attention but they should do better next time with the facilities and offer a return visit where these are not working.
