About the experience

Allow yourselves to totally relax with a refreshing Mud Rasul experience. Once you've applied the natural ESPA mud to your face and body, the lighting will begin to gently dim as warm steam is released into the Rasul, opening the pores and enabling the enriched mud to enter the body. This treatment will help to revive muscle tissue and stimulate the lymphatic system. After 45 minutes, a warm shower mist will clean away any remaining products. Following this revitalising treatment, give yourselves some time to unwind with access to the swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and spa pool. You'll also be treated to a delicious afternoon tea for two.

Enjoyable day
Me and my husband enjoyed this spa day as we haven’t done anything like this for years. Hotel was lovely and spa facilities good. The mud rasul was an interesting experience. Staff were all very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our spa day and afternoon tea at the Crowne Plaza, Gerrard's Cross. The staff were so friendly, the whole atmosphere was very calm. We enjoyed the mud treatment and the afternoon tea was delicious. All in all, 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Lovely Day
Did this experience with my boyfriend for his birthday and it was amazing! Staff were all really helpful and the spa itself was lovely. The afternoon tea was delicious as well - we chose to have it in the restaurant which was a good decision as it was beautiful!

Brilliant spa day
My husband and I loved the mud radio and even bought the salt scrub afterwards for use at home. The spa was lovely; the only downside is that there are no loungers around the pool but this is made up for by the relaxation room. Afternoon tea was delicious and very filling.
