This 5-star hotel sits in seven acres of manicured grounds above the honey-stone city, so you'll drift happily between the outdoor hydrotherapy pool, thermal suite and ice room with stunning views of the historic city. Afterwards you'll settle into the Drawing Room for afternoon tea, which is a very civilised way to round off a day of doing gloriously little.
