Absolutely wonderful
My husband and I came here for a weekend break. Gifted to us by his work place. It was a wonderful experience, we both will definitely be returning. The spa treatments were incredible. Very relaxing, the masseuse therapists we had were lovely, very professional. Our accommodation was lovely, the bed was a bit soft for us as we're used to firm, but it was all clean, beautifully presented.
We can't wait to come back again.

Lovely Spa day
Great day at Berystede Hotel. The afternoon tea and treatment included worked very well. Nice relaxing day, not over busy even at a weekend.
If anything needs improving it’s the sandwich content, very cheap fillings for a very nice hotel. Tuna Mayonnaise was just a paste. Very thin ham. Nothing special but were edible. Cakes and scones were nice.

Amazing Christmas Present
Was gifted this package by a close friend for Christmas. My wife and I had a very relaxing afternoon at the Macdonald Bath Sapa Hotel, followed by a delicious afternoon tea with all the trimmings. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

Amazing value for money
Included in the voucher were 2 25 mins spa treatments- we upgraded one for £10 and the treatments were exquisite! Check in to the hotel at 3 but spa facilities access from 9am until 8pm the following day... there alone we got our monies worth. Free room upgrade AND half board (£25 each off the evening meal) was a very pleasant surprise especially as the food was delicious and sustainably sourced. The room was quiet and spacious with lots of luxury extras like slippers, robe, l'or coffee machine. Just a beautiful break away, we will definitely book again
