A day of bliss
I had an amazing day using the facilities and afternoon tea. Everything is clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff. The grounds are lovely. Was even better that the sun was shining. I will definitely be retuning

Fabulous day
Really relaxing day - super helpful staff especially the young lady in the restaurant (didn’t get her name but new and Ukrainian) the grounds were absolutely gorgeous we went for a wander around them as the weather was also perfect. Our favourite place was the pool.
Yes a little updating would be in order but all very clean.

Relaxing treat
Had a brilliant day, a lovely relaxing swim, sauna and steam rooms were awesome, chilled in the quiet room with hot drinks then over to the hotel for Afternoon Tea which was a lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes!

I love this spa
This is my second visit and I brought a friend with me and she loved it as much as me. We will be returning soon. This time we had the afternoon tea and it was so tasty and such beautiful scones and cakes. Plus plenty of tea and coffee. We walked over to our afternoon tea in our robes and ate in the brasserie by the window overlooking the grounds. In nice weather you can eat outside. It is an exceptional deal with buyagift. What I love about this hotel is that everyone is so friendly and it’s chilled out. You can help yourself to hot drinks and you are provided with robes free of charge unlike other places that charge and there are water dispensers in the gym and the pool lounge. The gym is well equipped for a hotel with free weights. The grounds are lovely to walk around in by the lake and I especially like the very hot sauna and steam room. This time we were provided with pool slippers (with our robe and towel) which was an added bonus. You can also park right outside the spa complex which saves walking through hotel reception. One tip - as the sauna is so hot it’s a good idea just to bring a small hand towel to sit on in there.
