What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• This voucher is valid for one person
• Available Monday–Friday, year round
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Please bring gym clothes, trainers and swimwear. Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. This fee includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your spa day. This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, a refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, starting from £10 per person. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, guests may bring their own robe, towel, and footwear
• You must present your voucher on the day of attending your booking
• Treatment time includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress and 35 minutes of 'hands-on' treatment time
• Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day
• Bannatyne operates a 48hr amendment policy
• Please note, this voucher is valid at the Weybridge location only
• If any guest has a medical condition, allergies or has had any medical treatments (including surgery) within the last six months please refer here
