Whether you choose to hire kayaks or boards, you’ll receive a safety briefing from a professional at the centre, who will take you through the best routes on the river. After that, all that's left to do is get out onto the water and enjoy an hour of paddling!
What do I need to know?

A huge disappointment
We thought paddle boarding and kayaking would be a lovely idea for our anniversary as we love adventure but after this experience we left extremely disappointed. My husband and I became very lost on our trip, therefore we were out longer than expected (although no time limit was given when departing) we understood that there may have been an extra charge due to this but when we explained what had happened to the owner, he had no sympathy and became very rude and aggressive towards my husband and I by swearing and telling us to f**k off. This then made us feel very threatened as we obviously didn't mean to be late back. I really didn't want to pay the remaining fee after this but felt extremely sorry for his staff member as he remained unprofessional and was having a go at her in front of us. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Also have a video of this aggressive behaviour which I will take further! No customers should be treated this way!
