About the experience
Enjoy a yoga class with a difference with this stand-up paddleboard yoga class for two people with Nirvana Yoga Wellness. Led by an experienced instructor, your class starts with a safety briefing and a chance to get used to the boards on dry land before you float out onto the water. Dock your board and get ready for a yoga class like no other. Combining the health benefits of yoga with the chance to connect with the great outdoors, you’ll achieve a state of tranquillity as you improve your flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. Focus on your breath and flow as you take in the sunset or sunrise out on the water for the perfect way to put your wellbeing first.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Available Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from April–September
- Classes last between 1.5–2hrs. Please allow three hours total for this experience
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Participants must be able to swim and kneel and sit on a paddleboard
- Participants must complete a waiver form before the class
- Please inform the supplier of any medical issues at the point of booking
- Please wear comfortable active wear
- Life jackets, buoyancy aids and wet suits are available
- Changing facilities are available on site
- In the case of bad weather, classes may be cancelled and rescheduled
- All dates are subject to availability
