Lovely gift
Recieved a buy a gift voucher as a Christmas gift & redeemed it online to use at brewhouse & kitchen Cheltenham. Was easy to use, friendly staff & great food. Very generous portions too.

Great roast, terrible service!
I think we caught the team on a bad day. They seemed very stressed and understaffed. It took ten minutes to be seated, and a further 20 minutes and us going to the bar for our order to be made. The meals came before our drinks (which we had to ask for again) but the roasts were really tasty - plenty of veggies, hot plates, crispy roasties. When it came to paying, the team really struggled with our gift code
Despite me adding the code to our booking notes, they were unaware we were using a buyagift voucher. They then declared that the mixed meat roast wasnt included (although nothing in the t's and c's). I think 5 different people came to our table with different payment queries and issues, it tarnished the experience and I don't expect we'll be going back.
