What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Marco Pierre White's London Steakhouse Co. City
- Side dishes, additional drinks and tea and coffee, are not included and will be chargeable
- Please note it is requested that you attend in smartcasual attire, jeans are fine, however there is strictly no sportswear permitted
- Supplement prices are subject to change
- Opening times are: Mon–Thurs: 12pm–3pm and 5.30pm–10.30pm, Fri–Sat: 12pm–10.30pm, Sun: 12pm–10pm
- Lunch service is 12pm–5.15pm Friday to Sunday and dinner service is 5.30pm onwards
- This experience is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
- Please note, Friday and Saturday evening booking reservations from 5.30pm can only be made within 48 hours prior to the experience. If you would prefer to book further in advance, this can be arranged for an advance booking surcharge, payable upon booking
- A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill

- The View from The Shard is available week–round, year round
- Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Minimum age: 18 years

- Please bring your vouchers with you on the day
- All reservations are subject to a 48 hour cancellation and amendment policy such that they may not be altered within 48 hours of the reserved time and date

Hidden charges
The meal was average apart from the stew however with the voucher you literally get a piece of steak no potatoes chips vegetables salad nothing you have to pay extra for everything even for a very normal prawn cocktail ( which wasn’t that great) and extra £3 which doesn’t sound a lot but per Person it soon adds up and then to top off all the extras charge you for water and the final thing £10 service charge and service wasn’t all that either bare minimum which is already being paid for, for doing their job!!!! Would I go back no is short no not good enough so what was paid in the voucher was also then paid virtually the same amount again on the night not really a gift if your still paying on top I would understand if I was asking for more than the basic but we didn’t this review is more about the voucher not covering all costs and the restaurant charging extra for virtually everything

Great views from The Shard
We had to wait a few minutes after our arrival in the queue at the entrance but once inside it was a smooth journey up the two lifts to the observation decks and then we were treated to great views over London in all directions.

Disappointed
My experience was totally ruined by the back and forth about a 7 pound upgrade that I purchased. My niece bought me a voucher which was thrilled about in the processing of it it offered a 7 pound upgrade I thought why not have the full experience
when I got there no one could tell me what the 7 pound upgrade was. I went back and forth with various staff members - I have written to customer since returning home have not heard anything.
so my birthday experience at the Shard was ruined because no one could tell me what the upgrade was. I want a refund for the seven pounds!!

View from the shard
It was a great tour. However I paid an extra £7.00
For an upgrade, when we entered the shard, nobody there had any idea what the upgrade referred to. You therefore need to reimburse me. It was still excellent ??
