What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
• For The View from The Shard:
  • Available for entry week round, year round
  • Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Minimum age: 4 years
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket
  • Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier
• For afternoon tea at Bistro Mirlot, Mercure London Bridge:
  • Available week round, year round, excluding 24–26 December, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Valentine’s Day unless otherwise agreed
  • Dress code is smart casual
  • Afternoon tea is served daily from 1pm–5pm
  • Prebooking is required – please contact the venue to arrange your date and time
  • Optional upgrade to a glass or bottle of prosecco for an extra charge
  • Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Vegetarian, vegan, glutenfree and dairyfree options available upon request
