What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
- The View from The Shard
- The View from The Shard is available week–round, year round
- Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online, please check the opening times before arrival as they can vary
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- There is no maximum group size
- Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill:
- Bookings at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill are available Monday–Friday, year round
- Lunch dining is available from 12pm–3pm
- Please note, your meal must be booked in advance
- Please take your voucher with you on the day
- An optional 15% service charge will apply to your Savoy Grill bill, payable on the day
- Some main and side dishes require a supplement fee
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking
- Smart wear is requested please, no jeans, shorts or trainers
- This experience may require festive supplement charges between 1st November and 2nd January or have limited availability during this period. Please contact the restaurant before booking

Not that good
Was really looking forward to our trip up the Shard but the experience was rather underwhelming. The booking mentioned a digital photo package and a panoramic guide. The digital photo seemed to be offered to everyone on the queue so it didn’t seem particularly unique but most disappointing was that there was no panoramic guide which would have been great to see what the various landmarks were around London. Such a shame

Wonderful gift, great venue, food and service. Easy to book using voucher
Wonderful gift, superb hotel and restaurant. Food was lovely and our waiter went out of his way to care for us. Voucher was easy to use, emailed the venue and received quick response, very helpful and made the booking easy. Only note; be aware of the service charge and extra costs for side dishes / drinks etc. clearly stated but worth noting
