What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• You will receive two vouchers; both are valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• The View from The Shard:
  • Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
  • Minimum age: 4 years; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult; infants aged 3 years and under go free
  • Covered by the View Guarantee – if poor weather affects visibility of key landmarks, you'll receive a free return visit directly from the operator
  • Full wheelchair access
  • There are exciting improvements being made to The Shard however this requires some maintenance which is taking a little longer than expected. Level 72 sky deck is closed until 3rd July. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access which may affect guests with limited mobility

  • This experience is not available at the following locations: Brixton, Bursledon – Hamble Lane, Cheshunt – Brookfield Shopping Centre, Earl’s Court, Finsbury Park, Gatwick Airport South Terminal, and Swansea Marina – Albert Row
  • Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking; vegan, vegetarian and glutenfree options are available
  • The voucher is a cash contribution of £60 and can be used against any combination of starters, mains, sides or desserts; if the bill exceeds the voucher value, the difference is payable on the day
