About the experience
Share a soothing evening at Champneys Health Resorts. You’ll relax into tranquil pools and quiet relaxation areas and the spa, then make the most of the gym with intros, aqua and virtual classes and scenic walks. Pause for fizz with light bites and feel fully looked after with a cosy robe to use, plus flip-flops and a Champneys tote to take home. It’s an easy after-work reset for two that blends calm settings with thoughtful extras.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- This voucher is valid for two people
- Available Monday–Thursday at any Champneys Resort; a £20 per person supplement applies for Friday and Saturday
- Availability varies by resort and by day of the week
- Arrive from 5pm; depart by 9.30pm. At Mottram Hall on Sunday, departures are by 8pm
- Please allow around four and a half hours for your visit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Additional treatments and selected fitness classes are available at extra cost
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
- All dates are subject to availability

Amazing Head in the clouds massage
I recently had a back, neck, and head massage at Champneys in Enfield, and it was pure bliss! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. My therapist, was incredibly skilled and attentive. She focused on all the right pressure points, melting away the tension I didn't even realize I was holding.
The head massage was especially divine – I felt all the stress just drain away. My neck and back feel so much looser and more relaxed now. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to de-stress and rejuvenate!

I’ve been visiting Champneys St Albans for a few years, Holly and Gemma are really lovely girls. I love the Head in the Clouds Massage, it’s so relaxing. Yesterday the therapist was excellent, I didn’t take her name but she asked if I had any concerns, I said I’d had some neck pain and a few headaches recently and she concentrated on my neck and shoulders which has really helped.
