Very interesting tea for two!
We had a very interesting and informative 2 hours (which passed quickly). Being tea drinkers, learning how and why tea tastes so different, certainly makes you appreciate tea more.
And a big thank you to Paye, who just made the whole experience more interesting with her tales of tea drinking, including 'bubble tea' in Taiwan.
Would definitely recommend.
