Lovely meal
The food was good, I was not happy when I returned from the loo to find my husband had been charged and paid an £8 service charge.

Food very basic
The experience was bought for me by a friend. One of the hottest days of the year and the air conditioning wasn't turned on. Main meal was a plate of a small bit of salad and chicken kebab (not on skewer) and bread . Presentation was poor.

A mediocre experience
Staff were lovely and very friendly. Service was good . The Palmyra is essentially a take away with a few tables. I had the chicken Palmyra that was very bland and would not recommend. My husband had the mixed grill that was better. The starters were ok but nothing special. We were disappointed overall.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed the experience was a gift the service ok not great as we ve not really had lebense before so didn't really speak much my main complaint was the food itself starters ok my husband had chicken soup which was like water !! Tasted not right main meal again not that nice they were not busy so should have been very fresh instead it was dryed up & watery the meal was supposed to come with a bottle of wine we were told we can only have 2 small glasses my husband ordered extra chips and did not get them & to top it they tried to charge us for it overall not a pleasant experience will not recommend this restaurant weve had lebense once before it was certainly not like this ?? And the annoying thing was we could have had a night away in a hotel we chose this as we were going to a concert at Kew Gardens
