Anniversary Treat
Easy to upgrade voucher to cover 2 nights. Pleasant hotel, basic room, limited food available, good location, friendly staff.

Nice Stay
Lovely setting a short walk into Lyndhurst. Staff all lovely.
Sadly pool now used for swimming lessons late afternoon when we would have used it after a day out exploring.
The stated inclusive Full English Breakfast is charged as an extra at £12 per person per day.
Our room and bathroom were both clean & tidy, and our bed was comfy too.
Main areas would benefit from a freshen up.
There is also no longer a restaurant - pizzas and sharing platters from the bar only.
Unusually, we had to choose a time-slot for breakfast - glad we picked 8:30 as the breakfast room was full by 9am.
Outside Terrace is very small and overlooks the car park.
