About the experience
Settle into a Gingerbread House in the Ullswater fells for two nights of glamping at The Quiet Site, complete with a private shower room, a basic kitchen and a large covered deck with a picnic table. Step outside to enjoy the surrounding fells, then warm up beside the roaring log fire in The Quiet Bar. The carbon-positive cabin creates more energy than it uses, with solar panels, ground source heating and triple insulation working together for a lower-impact stay. With the Lake District National Park around you, you'll have local walks and outdoor adventures close by.
