About the experience
Discover invaluable outdoor skills on a completely immersive, NCFE-accredited level two bushcraft, survival and wilderness living skills course in Devon. Through hands-on training, learn the essentials for life in the woods, from lighting fires and identifying edible plants to building shelters and navigating the countryside. Settle into the rhythm of the wild and bed down overnight in a natural shelter for a true back-to-nature weekend.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available on at least two weekends per month, year round
- This is a two-night experience running from 7pm on day one until 12pm on day three
- A maximum of 16 people per weekend
- Please bring outdoor clothes

Bushcraft weekend
I had a fantastic weekend, and learnt masses. The instructors were fab, very knowledgeable on all stuff survival. Loved making my shelter and preparing pigeon, trout and rabbit. The meals were lovely and very filling.

A fantastic experience
There are a lot of people now that watch Bear Grylls or Ray Mears and say 'I could do that' - well, the team that take you through this experience actually could. They are friendly, funny and are all happy to share their knowledge and answer any specific questions you have. After three days I left with a far greater understanding of wilderness skills including : water purification, shelter building, meat preparation, knife techniques and sharpening, natural cordage, trapping, foraging and fire starting (which I was so happy I was able to do).
I would love to do this course again and, because of this weekend, am considering sitting the more advanced certificate. If you have any interest in bushcraft/survival techniques, then look no further - I can not recommend this course enough.

Bear Grylls and Ray Mears have nothing on these guys at Survival Camp! We learnt so much like how to light a fire from scratch what stuff we could eat out in the wilderness what to pack in a survival kit and all sorts of bushcraft skills. Spending the weekend in the great outdoors in shelters we built ourselves was a real experience - as was the woodland sauna! Certainly not a spa weekend - but so much fun!

Weekend survival camp sounded a bit daunting really when my dad bought me this to help me get ready for travelling. Actually the instructors were helpful and I was with a great group. Found it interesting learning how to purify water and everything.
