What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available Thursday–Saturday, most weeks April–October
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum height: 6ft 2in/188cm
• Maximum weight: 100kg/220lbs
• Opening hours are 9am–6pm daily
• Please allow two-and-a-half hours on site
• Within the experience time, five minutes is allocated for taxying at the beginning and end of the flight; a 30-minute experience is approximately 20 minutes airborne
• You must be physically fit and in good health to take part; if you have any health concerns, please consult your GP before taking part
• Flights are weather dependent and will be rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable, such as low cloud, storm, strong wind or rain
• Dress comfortably for time on a grass airfield, with light layers and enclosed flat shoes
• Disabled parking spaces and ramp access are available to the clubhouse and toilet facilities
• Please give as much notice as possible if a flight needs to be rescheduled; cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a £50 rebooking fee
• Failure to attend without making contact within one week will result in the voucher being forfeited and claimed
