Wilderness Kitchen Cookery Experience for Two with Yorkshire Dales Bushcraft

Swap kitchen counters for campfire cooking with this Wilderness Kitchen experience for two. Practical tuition will cover building a cooking fire, choosing fuel and controlling the heat before fresh rainbow trout takes centre stage. The traditional Canadian Fish Flag method will bring smoky flavour to the fish, followed by a fruit crumble baked over the flames using simple equipment. A two-course meal will round off six hours of hands-on outdoor cooking.
