Unable to contact anyone on how BAD the hotel It is used for social housing not as advertised on buy a gift in area of social housing . It is in run down area we had drug addicts hanging around the hotel . I paid £395 with you which you booked through booking .com on their website it was£204 .we had mold on the curtains and bathroom , room stank of mould and damp as bathroom fan didn't work . mismatched rusty bed side lamps in room .hotel was run down no lounge to sit , dinning room closed no bar outside was run down gardens over grown , sun loungers cushions all old and dirty and outside pool closed. Also it was advertised on the see front it was a good 10 minute walk to see front down hill. Don't go there!!!
