Using vouchers
Buying vouchers is simple but using them when trying to book a hotel break is not.
The website search engine and filters are useless. After using the initial filters the list of options returned were national. We had to select individual options and use the second geographical filters to try and find a suitable hotel. That had to be repeated for each option on the individual list.
The site also seemed to want us to buy extra vouchers to make up a shortfall rather than just allow us to pay the difference?
We gave up and contacted the hotel directly and they sorted it out for us, but it took them 24hrs to do it. They were very diplomatic but I got the impression this was a regular occurrence.
Buying a voucher for a specific event (Driving Experience) is simple to book but anything that involves searching/choices (hotels/restaurants) I personally would not use them again. I'd rather give the money as a gift for the beneficiary to book themselves directly.

Xmas gift
The accommodation was average, the food was good however it was disappointing that the accommodation was £13 cheaper on booking.com with a free upgrade!

Relaxing stay
Walworth castle is very peaceful and relaxing, rooms are a little dated but clean and the bed was so comfortable. Food was amazing had breakfast and evening meal, would go back just for the food excellent

Nice but no luxury
After arriving and checking in, we went to allocated room where door was unlocked and found some one else's bags in it, the manager dutifully sorted it and gave us another room,could not have apologised enough, we had already been given a upgrade, I am afraid the rooms are not luxury, bathroom is tired and needs updating cheap toilet seat that doesn't match the suite and peeling paint, sofa very tired, the mattress needs replacing, One tiny soap and small shower gel. (get as much in a cheap B & B.). The building itself is beautiful. They did have a wedding on which we were made aware of prior to booking this was fine. Meal in the restaurant was very nice and staff attentive. Breakfast again was fine, nice choice of items, I had the vegetarian breakfast it's nice. All in all the cost of the room was £143.00 with £20 weekend supplement, definitely not worth the price.
