5 stars. Was an absolutely amazing experience for my mums birthday. Very luxury and relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to spoil a special someone in their life.

Arrived to be greeted by fabulous staff at the spa hotel. Enjoyed the spa and swimming (there was an aqua class on however this didnt really bother us!) We arrived for our treatments which were fabulous as were the beauty therapists! Afternoon tea was delicious- im coeliac and it was tasty and plentiful

Had a great time on my spa day ~ followed by afternoon tea. Totally relaxing, I felt brand new and fresh!! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was lovely too, all quite brilliant for my first spa experience, would recommend.

The bannatyne gift of three mini treatments with lunch which includes a Starbucks coffee and we normally get a jacket potato with filling and salad is great. Fabulous. Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lacey the Spa therapist was welcoming, professional & skilled. The Spa receptionist was so friendly and welcoming we relaxed as soon as we met her. Lunch was excellent, well coooked, beautifully presented & the restaurant was immaculately presented.
