On the day, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the wide range of facilities, including the pool, sauna, and relaxation areas. The treatment itself was absolutely lovely. We had a back massage, he’d massage and foot massage, which left us feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The therapist was professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The whole day felt like a real escape from everyday stress. Very polite, explained exactly what they were doing, asked us questions and made sure we were comfortable and that the pressure of the massage was ok. Explained what they were going to do making sure we were ok throughout and then at the end said we needed to drink plenty of water.

Needed help from customer service and this was great - I bought a voucher that I then couldn’t use locally so this was swapped for me through on line help. Voucher now used for a local venue.

We had an amazing massage for two at half the normal price

Spa day for two with afternoon tea . We had a really nice day . The spa is in the basement so it is dimly lit which is so relaxing . The chill out room is nice but luckily the sun came out and we anaged to sit o a lounger to enjoy the rays ! We managed to squeeze in a few lengths of the main Pool which is iike a huge conservatory . The afternoon tea was so nice , lovely fresh sandwiches served by a lovely waitress who went the extra mile . All the staff were polite and friendly . Thank you guys , will return again.
