Whilst I understand that this is a business. The operators must also understand that since their business is outdoors they need to consider contingency plans when the weather is poor. I booked to do archery, but it began to rain consistently prior to the time, I called and text the operator beforehand and inform him that my sister and father could not participate in the activities in the rain as they will be flying back to the Caribbean soon and my father is elderly. This mattered not to the operator as I was told that no changes can be made. He was unwilling to accommodate us another time and expected me to compromise the health of my sister and dad prior to their flight. This I found to be appalling and will NEVER consider doing business with them again. This is despite having done the archery with this provider before. Losing money at this time is good for nobody, but businesses like these need to remember that without customers their business cannot stay afloat.
