Lovely gift idea, easy to use

We went as a family of 5, A 5 year old, 4 year old and 3 week old. We had a great time and it was perfect for our 5 and 4 year old to do activities independently and as a family We can’t wait to go again!

Worked like a treat, cheap way to go to conema

Excellent service from all staff. They were very attentive. The ambience was very cosy. The only trouble I can say, is that I registered my buy a gift voucher, but it said sorry we are unable to redeem it. I phoned the Crown Manor Hotel and booked a reservation. When we got there I couldn't use the voucher, so had to contact the customer service. I eventually got the 16 digit number for us to get our afternoon tea. The manager was very helpful and registered my voucher. We travelled over an hour to gave this afternoon tea. Other than that everything else was fine.
