- Availability Description
The Shard is available week–round, year round. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Galvin La Chapelle: Please book at least 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Your voucher may be used January–November, excluding 14th and 15th February, Mother's Day, Father's Day and New Year's Eve. This experience is available at lunchtimes from Monday–Saturday, at dinnertimes (6pm–9pm) from Sunday–Wednesday, and after 9pm from Thursday–Saturday.

Galvin La Chapelle: Minimum age: 18 years. The View from The Shard: Minimum age: 4 years.

The View from The Shard visit lasts approximately one hour.
- Numbers On The Day
There is no maximum group size at The View from The Shard. At Galvin La Chapelle the maximum is six guests per booking.

Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people. Please mention any special dietary requirements upon booking. Please take your vouchers with you on the day. Service charge is not included. There are exciting improvements being made to The Shard however this requires some maintenance which is taking a little longer than expected. Level 72 sky deck is closed until 11th June. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access which may affect guests with limited mobility
