Got charged - restaurant and Buyagift not consistent
I got given a gift voucher for a two people 3 course meal at the Shard. However after finishing the dinner I received a bill for the meal, even though in the voucher does explain that the three coursers are covered the restaurant explained that the voucher is actually a value that gets discounted from the total cost (this is not explained in the voucher terms and conditions). The restaurant said they change prices constantly so we can get charge any amount at the end. We were asked to pay £65 on top of the vouchers, including a service charge. Very disappointed with buyagift and the restaurant inconsistency in the actual offering. I will not recommend buyagift

Shard visit
This was a gift bought for us by family members, and we really enjoyed it. Food was excellent, staff were attentive, and of course, the views were amazing! Made event better by coinciding with the flypast to mark the Trooping the Colour - amazing to see the Red Arrows go past at eye level!
The only issue was that the amount credited to the voucher didn't match with the amount listed on the bill. The manager was very helpful in sorting this out for us, and reduced the amount due from ourselves as soon as it was raised. Really impressed by his response, and only sorry that we had to ask. It sounded as though this is not uncommon between a gift company like yours and the restaurant.

The whole experience was amazing. Staff were lovely, food was on point and the whole process ran very smoothly (getting there, use of voucher and booking)
