He was dissapointed we know it had animals but needs to be bigger enclosure for the mere cats also very crushed together with no stones to walk on and extremely muddy .this could have been avoided if they smartened it up a bit . We have not been put off buying a different experience though or break as they look good value

Lovely meerkat experience

To start with the positives, a lovely time with the meerkats. But our experience was delayed so we had less than the hour which was a shame- delayed due to us not knowing where to sign in and it was a bit disorganized. But the actual experience was worth it, the meerkats are lovely, very friendly and love the attention and to snuggle. There was a young kid there and they snuggled in her coat. We were concerned about the lack of heat in the cabin for the meerkats, I know they originate from colder climates but thetes no sand in the pen for them to bury themselves and keep warm ? Staff were knowledgeable and they all seemed to enjoy it there. Be warned its very muddy but they provide wellies for you. A perfect hands on experience with the little meerkats.

Such a lovely experience, staff were brilliant, they were very knowledgeable too. I have recommended this to a friend, she's booked it for herself & daughters. The meerkats are gorgeous, so inquisitive & super clever. I've booked to do it again along with walking the alpacas. Enjoy everyone, it should be on everyone's list of things to do ????

Visit was for meerkats which was very interesting and also got to feed the alpacas and sheep. Gorgeous animals.
