What do I need to know?

• You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
• These vouchers cannot be extended

  • Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • There is no maximum group size
• Thames Cruise
  • Cruises are available year round, excluding July, August, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays
  • There is no need to prebook your Thames cruise, simply take your valid voucher to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive a ticket valid for 24 hours
