What do I need to know?

• You will receive two vouchers; both are valid for two people
• The View from The Shard:
  • Available week round, year round
  • Must be booked online at least 24 hours in advance
  • Minimum age: 4 years
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
  • Infants aged 3 years and under go free
  • Your ticket is covered by the View Guarantee: if poor weather affects visibility of key landmarks, then you’ll receive a free return visit directly from the operator
  • The View from The Shard has full wheelchair access
• Afternoon tea at Prezzo Italian:
  • London locations only
  • Available week round, year round, excluding Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and New Year's Eve
  • Afternoon tea is served between 2pm–5pm
  • Must be reserved online at least 48 hours in advance
  • Prezzo Italian cannot accept vouchers that are not prebooked
  • The unique code generated at the point of booking must be taken to the restaurant; without it you won’t be able to have your meal
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Afternoon tea food or drink substitutions cannot be made
  • Customers can purchase anything from Prezzo's other menus at an additional cost
  • Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
