What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Minimum age: 4 years, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Infants aged 3 and under can join your group without a ticket
- The View from The Shard must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- Available in London only
- Available Wednesday-Sunday, year round for The View from The Shard
- Available Monday-Friday, year round for the afternoon tea cruise, boarding 3.15pm with a 5pm return
- Cruise duration: 90 minutes
- Latecomers will be unable to board the vessel
- Seating on board is pre-allocated
- If weather restricts visibility at The Shard, a complimentary return voucher is provided
- Please dress appropriately for outdoor activity and wear suitable clothing and footwear
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking

Not that good
Was really looking forward to our trip up the Shard but the experience was rather underwhelming. The booking mentioned a digital photo package and a panoramic guide. The digital photo seemed to be offered to everyone on the queue so it didn’t seem particularly unique but most disappointing was that there was no panoramic guide which would have been great to see what the various landmarks were around London. Such a shame

Wonderful gift
The experience was really special, and very easy to book. But we were extremely surprised that we were asked to pay a top up fee! This was a gift and I'm sure our donor did not expect that we would need to pay extra to access the Shard! Nor was any explanation at all given as to why we were required to pay extra in order to claim our gift!
