Really loved the Arsenal Stadium tour. Found Buy A Gift process a bit confusing. Communication done only via text was really frustrating - I wanted to speak to someone. The messages kept getting misconstrued and it took me quite some time to solve an issue. We did get there in the end however. And the actual experience was great. Might be an idea to have a phone line however.

Did the tour as 2 adults + 2 kids (11 and 8), a great family activity. Luke the tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, definitely worth a visit.
