Had a brilliant relaxing spa break with friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Sammy was very professional and used the perfect amount of pressure for me on the back, neck and shoulder massage, firm but not painful! And the hydrating facial was just lovely. The Heat and Ice stations were all clean with clear instructions, the jacuzzi and pool both warm and well maintained. We had a hot and cold buffet at lunch, a three course meal in the evening and a lovely buffet breakfast the next morning, all with a lot of choice to suit most tastes. Rooms were comfortable and clean with ESPA toiletries. Will certainly return.

We were delighted with our choice of hotel - whitewater at Newby Bridge. Large room with four poster and lounge seating. Food and wine were good. All the staff were friendly, supportive and approachable. Plenty of parking. Lots of interesting places to see. We will stay again!

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Patisserie Valerie. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. The selection was great too! a nice mix of sweet and savoury treats and everything tasted fresh. Really enjoyed it! Lovely gift
