Sorry for the late review! It was my first time in a microlight, and it won't be the last! Eventhough I have flown in a cessna before, I loved the feeling of being in the open air. You felt very safe, and despite the small rain shower, this didnt affect the flight...it made it more exciting! My instructor was Top Gun! He explained everything in detail, the health and safety side, to all the controls etc, and had great knowledge of the local area. Every question was answered. I was even shown where my hotel was in Morcambe from a birds eye view! The flight was made extra special when I took over the controls for a while. To be honest, it was harder than I thought! Helping to store away the Microlight at the end was also interesting. I would recommend this gift to anyone interested, and if you were thinking of gaining your licence, my instructor is also recommended for this!

I've been up in a microlight before and thought it was brilliant so to receive a whole hour's flying for my birthday was just amazing! Very professionally run they want to ensure you have the best time possible. I loved feeling the wind in my hair and seeing the scenery down below it looks so calm from the sky!

I am fascinated by planes so I was very excited when my wife bought me this 60 minute microlight flight (very clever of her to choose it!). We made a day of it to go up to Lancaster luckily the weather was good which just added to the experience. Amazing to sail through the skies and it was brilliant to have an hour up there any less wouldn't have been enough!
