Nice afternoon
The vegetarian Afternoon Tea menu was very delicious and the team took extra care with dietary preferences mentioned when booking. The only reason this doesn’t get the full five star rating is that my wife bit into a bit of plastic that was inside one of the sandwiches, which thankfully she didn’t ingest but could have been a big problem if she did. We were offered extra tea on the house, but something to be mindful of from the team to take extra care for mishaps like this not to happen again. Overall though, the taste of the food was of a high quality.

Good quality afternoon tea
We bought this to follow a visit to an exhibition in London. It was an enjoyable experience in relaxed surroundings with friendly staff to welcome us. The tea itself was of a very good quality with an appropriate range of tasty food to meet our expectations.

Poor afternoon tea
My husband and I had afternoon tea at Caffe Concerto in Piccadilly . The food was horrible, poorly presented and the service slow and off hand . We were very disappointed .
