Nice afternoon, good value for money
we were given a Buya git voucher for 2 to take the castle tour and the afternoom Cream tea. Booking for our visit was very easy castele staff bing very ppolite and easy to deal with. It took us some time to get suitable date as the tours only take place one day a week.
However on the day we ere not dissapointed. On arrival we were met by a smiling friendly person who offered us a pot of tea. We enjoyed the tour very much, a very relaxed and knowledgable gent told us about the rooms and the artifacts and pictures. Then on to our cream tea that appeared without delay. We were offered the opportunity to walk freely in the Castle gounds. Looking at their prices I would opine that the afternoon was very good value and willrecommend it to friends

Brilliant service, excellent communication
Huge variety of gifts to choose from. Easy to follow instructions. SOmetimes some offers can catch you out in terms of booking initial voucher then having to pay substantially more for a specific date/tour etc so I would recemmned you to read all details and find out inforamtion via emails/phone calls before purchasing anything. Other than that, the process and events are outstanding.

Lovely Carriage Ride
Lovely carriage ride with two rescued ponies. Cream tea for two was blooming lovely all be it a little messy with paper plate and plastic knife but nevertheless blooming lovely. The hosts were great and very friendly

A very nice Cream Tea
We went to Harrods for a cream tea and glass of champagne for two.The staff were friendly and helpful. The tea rooms are quaint and attractive we enjoyed the ambiance, as there was a pianist playing pleasant music.The champagne was good and scones jam and cream very nice.We enjoyed our visit.

A REALLY enjoyable day out
Wonderful site and experience full of great enthusiastic, knowledgeable people. Everyone was helpful and willing to pass on knowledge gained from years of working somewhere they obviously love. Excellent facilities with tasty food drinks and snacks, plus this is an all weather attraction as long as you have a good coat. Ride all day and soak up the fabulous atmosphere

I originally was given my by a gift for patisserie Valerie, but they shut down and I have to say that I’m pleased that they did as if they hadn’t then I would never have got to experience the wonderful cream tea at the Meridian Lounge Intercontinental Hotel O2 offers. ??????????
