Lovely gift of afternoon tea
The hotel is lovely, clean bright and welcoming. The staff were cheerful and polite and immediately mentioned that they were aware of the emails that I had earlier sent to them, telling them about my allergies. I gave them a paper, taken from Allergy UK, explaining everything about my BOP allergy, and they were not only interested, because no one had heard of it, but asked if they could print a copy off. They said that they would show it to the chef, but also keep it as future reference for any other sufferers. We were then shown to our table, and the chef, and serving staff had gone the extra mile to make sure everything was correct, even placing different items on my server that they knew I was safe to eat. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon tea. It felt so special and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, that we felt like regulars. We will certainly be going back again.

Great Experience
We were gifted this for our Wedding last year and chose to use it for my Husband’s birthday. Lovely place near the river and the food was beautiful and freshly prepared. The Chef brought out the food and told us some interesting things about how he was taught to make some of the items on it. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Brilliant service, excellent communication
Huge variety of gifts to choose from. Easy to follow instructions. SOmetimes some offers can catch you out in terms of booking initial voucher then having to pay substantially more for a specific date/tour etc so I would recemmned you to read all details and find out inforamtion via emails/phone calls before purchasing anything. Other than that, the process and events are outstanding.
