Got as a birthday gift... went to our local patisserie and didn't need to book it online , the food was absolutely delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend ??

fabulous afternoon tea - great quality and selection of food in sumptuous surroundings with spectacular views

Lastingham Grange is the most perfect place to book for an afternoon tea being situated in a prime position in the pretty Yorkshire village of Lastingham. Booking was straightforward and on the day staff were very helpful and courteous while the food and drinks were first class. We were shown into a lovely lounge with comfortable couches and/or chairs and our food was brought to us. There were another 3 groups but the room was big enough so there was plenty of space between tables that conversations could be carried on without causing distraction to other diners. I would certainly recommend this experience.

It was easy to book our afternoon tea. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit.

Food was very good, staff also very good and attentive. Lovely ambiance and views through the windows. Altogether a very good experience.
