Lovely Sunday morning experience
I joined the bird and blend tea workshop with my friend and it was a great experience! The lead had lots of knowledge in the teas we tasted and everyone was lovely. It was a great way to start the day off! I highly recommend:)

Fantastic fun

A fun day of foraging
Beth, our course leader, was very knowledgeable about foraging and explained things simply but with enough detail to keep us interested and safe. The food she cooked at the end was delicious and made us realise foraging for food could be both simple and tasty once we knew what to do. I would highly recommend it as a fun day spent out in the wild.

Well worth the money !
Had a great time at this workshop, learnt a lot.
The tutor was clear and precise, presented in a way it was easy to understand.
It was made clear that our needs were important and made sure they were met!
Making the giant buttons and the truffles was a complete eye opener to me , thoroughly enjoyable and leaving me with a desire to do more when I got home !
If you love chocolate you’ll love this course , I do and I did !
