About the experience

Lovely luxury treat
We had a lovely spa visit to Bournemouth Westcliff. Booking was easy and everything went smoothly. It wasn’t overly busy. Parking was £6 for the day and we paid extra for towels and robes but that was ok. Changing rooms very small. Pool is small but nice, there is a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, aromatherapy room and relaxation room. Lockers are available and no additional charge. Afternoon tea was really nice. I think this is a preferred place for Buyagift vouchers as all team seemed to be aware of process and was very smooth. Very relaxing day. Would recommend purchasing for someone or if you’ve been gifted this then you’re in for a treat!

Lovely day at The Westcliff Hotel
It was quite busy when we arrived and some people kept hogging the jacuzzi, also people of phones in the relaxation room ?? but we made the most of it and decided to go upstairs to the covered larger pool. Once upstairs the weather was so good we decided to grab a couple of loungers and sunbathe. Afternoon tea was fab and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional especially the young lady who served us our afternoon tea. We would definitely go again, but I think timing is very important here as it is not a huge spa. On the whole a brilliant deal, thank you!
