Soooo relaxing
Lovely facilities, the hottest steam room I've ever used. Friendly and proactive staff. And lunch was really good too (get the fish and chips)

Nice place but pricey
Bought two of these gift tokens for my son and my daughter and their partners. Whilst we knew there were no treatments included we were not aware that we needed to pay extra for gown loan in the spa and extra for drinks and desert with the included lunch. We were also charged £10 each for parking our cars. So while it was a lovely place to visit and a nice gift to give it was a bit embarrassing that there were so many extras to pay for and that's without treatments. Had trouble booking also as the phones rarely seem to be manned.

Lovely lunch. No spa treatments available
We were informed by the hotel that they no longer offered spa treatments as part of the buyagift offer. We used the spa and the lunch was lovely but missed out on the treatments. No alternative offered. No refund
