Not good
The original gift was not available, so on choosing another found that the credit given was not the price payed for the gift and ended up paying another £20 to redeem. The afternoon tea that we attended was poor quality and not worth the money.

Worst Service
Arrived for Gluten free afternoon tea booked for 2 people at 14:00 hrs. Not served till 15:00 hrs. Waiter brought tea stand but couldn’t remember if it was gluten free so returned it to the kitchen. Served later by a waitress who delivered 2 separate teas stands & gave me gluten free. No one checked on us again. During the night I had a nasty reaction to the food (as this was the only food I had all day. Clinic check up today to discover that I had been served the NORMAL food which was NOT gluten free. Very dissatisfied as it was my birthday treat. Won’t be going again
