Only just booked the spa day so can’t comment on it yet but the deal is excellent value

I had to phone your call centre to rebook my trip due to a family bereavement; your consultant was so understanding and compassionate; what could have been a daunting experience became a reassuring one and restored my faith in my fellow human beings. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we laughed, relaxed and enjoyed our day. A friendly greeting at reception letting us know the important information. Then through to the pool for us with trips in to the Sauna, Steam room , pool and of course the jacuzzi. Bliss. Off for a lunch, and continued gossip, a tasty Jacket potato with salad garnish and then it was treatment time. Welcome touch Facial with Swedish Hand & Arm Massage with Best foot forward, what can I say, I came out of that room almost liquid. A tranquil environment made even more special by my therapist, Chloe. My only disappoint was I wasn't allowed to spend the rest of the afternoon being attended to by Chloe! If you have not done this yet, I highly recommend you do.

A truly relaxing spa day. The treatments were great, spa facilities lovely to relax in and the lunch delicious
