From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. On the day, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the wide range of facilities, including the pool, sauna, and relaxation areas. The treatment itself was absolutely lovely. We had a back massage, he’d massage and foot massage, which left us feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The therapist was professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The whole day felt like a real escape from everyday stress. The voucher included full use of the spa facilities, and there was even a café on-site where I enjoyed a light lunch and drink. The Spa was as you woudl expect with The Bannatyne we enjoyed our experience and got to use the facilities. The treatment was good and we got a free voucher for my husband to return. There was the option to do a class also.
