Great gift and day at Kew Gardens

A wedding anniversary gift from a friend was redeemed at Normanton Park Hotel. What a great venue in a lovely setting. Would not hesitate in returning!

Our gift of a day out with a cream tea at East Somerset railway was great. All the staff were helpful, friendly and informative. We had a couple trips on the steam train finished off with a really lovey cream tea on the train.

Just had a lovely couple of days here. You really feel the relaxed atmosphere when you go in and Nicky and Mark the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice, tidy and clean with all you need for a short break. The building itself is quirky and well maintained with lots of nice little touches that keep you looking out of interest, much nicer than these large sterile modern hotels. Breakfast was good and we had a great evening in the bar with Mark and some other guests, a real "must" to get the background and feeling of the place. We would happily go back to see them when the opportunity arises.

Lovely authentic caravan. Very cosy. Showers and toilet block spotlessly clean . Site very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with public transport at top of road . Would definitely go again. Great value for money

We loved this experience and it was amazing value. It was great from start to finish. The keeper was professional and informative. The animals were adorable and very friendly. We enjoyed feeding and interacting with them very much. We were given plenty of time with them and weren’t at all rushed. You get reduced advanced entry to the zoo when you purchase this experience, which makes it even better value overall. The wider zoo is lovely and we made the most of seeing the other animals when we had finished our experience. Would highly recommend this as a present or just a treat to yourself.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Patisserie Valerie. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. The selection was great too! a nice mix of sweet and savoury treats and everything tasted fresh. Really enjoyed it! Lovely gift

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good food

My daughter did a skydive with you today to celebrate her 18th birthday. I can't thank you so enough, from the minute we arrived it was a great atmosphere. Every member of staff were so friendly and welcoming. Joe the instructor she has was brilliant. The photos and videos taken are out of this world, so impressive and something to treasure!! Thank you to everyone for making it such a fabulous experience!

We bought the Wembley stadium tour as a gift for my son and we all absolutely loved it. The tour was fantastic. Booking was not as simple as there was no link to a calendar you just had to email with your preferred date and time and they would then come back to after a few days to let you know if available. This was a bit worrying as we had already purchased the voucher with one date on mind. Luckily it was available and we had no problem getting the date we wanted.
