The afternoon tea was brilliant especially as they catered for my partner who is coeliac the scones were fabulous & the cakes were delicious would recommend going there to anyone the venue has the most spectacular views & outside seating in their gardens we had a superb afternoon helped by the best weather

A wedding anniversary gift from a friend was redeemed at Normanton Park Hotel. What a great venue in a lovely setting. Would not hesitate in returning!

A friend and I enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea with prosecco at the Camelia Hotel, Southend-on-sea.Our journey was on a very hot day, so we were grateful for the ac, which was just right. Our servers (who were lovely!) gave us a perfect level of attention and explained exactly what to expect as part of the experience. We were seated inside, thankfully, by one of the window - it gave us a view of the estuary despite the outside seating area, so was another plus for us. It was certainly a venue I'd consider for lunch, too: other diners were tucking into some very appealing looking food! Our thanks for a lovely afternoon!

Just had a lovely couple of days here. You really feel the relaxed atmosphere when you go in and Nicky and Mark the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice, tidy and clean with all you need for a short break. The building itself is quirky and well maintained with lots of nice little touches that keep you looking out of interest, much nicer than these large sterile modern hotels. Breakfast was good and we had a great evening in the bar with Mark and some other guests, a real "must" to get the background and feeling of the place. We would happily go back to see them when the opportunity arises.

My daughter did a skydive with you today to celebrate her 18th birthday. I can't thank you so enough, from the minute we arrived it was a great atmosphere. Every member of staff were so friendly and welcoming. Joe the instructor she has was brilliant. The photos and videos taken are out of this world, so impressive and something to treasure!! Thank you to everyone for making it such a fabulous experience!

Blinkin brilliant fun, great instructor. Very complimentary even though we were rubbish. Would totally recommend it
