It was a great place to be and the afternoon tea was delicious

The afternoon tea at Stanton Manor Hotel was one of the best I’ve had. There were dainty sandwiches (with crusts cut off), small bites of 3 different types of cake & both plain & fruit scones with jam & cream or maybe cream & jam if you prefer! The staff were friendly but didn’t hover around you. We were offered refills of tea on several occasions without having to ask. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon so we took the time to walk around the garden & then just enjoy the peace & quiet in the shade of an umbrella on the patio. A fabulous way to spend an afternoon & would definitely go back.

Having our voucher meant we could have a few days away during half term. A much needed break that we might not otherwise have been able to stretch to.

It was brilliant. Had so much fun. People were lovely and friendly. Would recommend it for any age. Im 62. Lol

We were brought this as a gift and were really pleased. The set menu had a lovely choice of food and gave us a chance to try something different. My husband had the grilled chicken and I had the steak both cooked to perfection and the taste was phenomenal. We then had puddings to finish and coffee. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning

My partner and I had a fantastic weekend break at The Talbot Inn. We were very happy with the room and location, and would like to thank Nicholas from the hotel's reception team for going above and beyond to make our stay feel welcoming and a great experience overall.

We had a lovely time with the Meerkats, there's a lot to see in addition to the time you spend feeding them. We left with big smiles on our faces.

My daughter did a skydive with you today to celebrate her 18th birthday. I can't thank you so enough, from the minute we arrived it was a great atmosphere. Every member of staff were so friendly and welcoming. Joe the instructor she has was brilliant. The photos and videos taken are out of this world, so impressive and something to treasure!! Thank you to everyone for making it such a fabulous experience!

We were in one of the new pods, with the en-suite. It was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were all amazing. The breakfast was was good and the service was good. I would highly recommend this venue. The golf course is a mixture are hard and easy, some of the tee shots were difficult. An overall amazing venue.

I had an amazing 3 course dinner experience in one of the affiliated pubs. I highly recommend using buyagift. It was easy to book and to be served at the pub.
