On the day, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the wide range of facilities, including the pool, sauna, and relaxation areas. The treatment itself was absolutely lovely. We had a back massage, he’d massage and foot massage, which left us feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The therapist was professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The whole day felt like a real escape from everyday stress. The voucher included full use of the spa facilities, and there was even a café on-site where I enjoyed a light lunch and drink. The Spa was as you woudl expect with The Bannatyne we enjoyed our experience and got to use the facilities. The treatment was good and we got a free voucher for my husband to return. There was the option to do a class also.

This was brought for us by our son, we chose to go to Bristol and had a great few days wandering around the city. The hotel couldn’t fault, we even got a free upgrade. Thank you.
